FanCentro officially opens Centro University to students

Fan Centro’s “university” aims to increase performer earnings on the platform, help new models start their fan clubs

Fan club platform FanCentro has finally opened its online “university” to “students”. Centro University–originally called “CentroU” in the summer announcement–is advertised as a tuition-free school for influencers based on recorded and live classes presented by FanCentro influencers. The first videos are now available on the Centro University webpage, but a FanCentro account is required to access the content. The “new student orientation” webinar is scheduled to be the first live event, broadcasting on October 7, 2020.

“Sex work is real work, and benefits from education and training just like any other. With the shift to premium fan sites, sex workers need to be versed in online marketing and film production, as well as actual sex. They need to manage distribution, draft contracts, guard against censorship and protect their brand. CentroU brings together experts and leaders in the sector to help both established performers and industry newcomers grow their businesses.

The more support we can give to performers, the more our industry will thrive. Our industry is changing rapidly, and we believe that by providing adult performers a free education and career support, we’re investing in the future of our community.” – Kat Revenga, VP of FanCentro
